On 21 May 2014, Mr. Isaac Kardon, a doctoral candidate from Cornell University gave a lecture entitled New Type Great Power Relations at Sea: Between Principles and Pragmatism at NISCSS. Mr. Isaac is visiting the NISCSS for academic purposes.
