On 20 January 2017, NISCSS President Wu Shicun met with Professor Daniel Serwer from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies. The two sides exchanged views on a variety of issues, including China-U.S. relations, China’s South China Sea policy, the South China Sea arbitration initiated by the Philippines against China, and the Freedom of Navigation operations of the U.S. Navy.
