President Wu Shicun held a video conference with experts from Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue

      On 27 August 2015, Michael Vatikiotis, the Asia Regional Director of the Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue, and Amanda Hsiao, the Project Officer of the Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue, visited NISCSS Beijing Office. NISCSS President Wu Shicun held a video conference with them on confidence building measures in the South China Sea, the development of Track II  exchange mechanism among claimant states and other issues.

 

      The Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue is a Geneva-based private foundation that is mainly designed to prevent international conflicts, manage crises and resolve disputes. Its purpose is to promote international peace by means of dialogue and reconciliation. It has regional offices in Nairobi and Singapore.
