On 5 June 2018, Phillip Saunders, Professor of Law at the Schulich School of Law of Dalhousie University, held a seminar titled “Interpretation of the Law of the Sea Convention and the South China Sea Arbitration” at the NISCSS. President Wu Shicun and some research fellows of the NISCSS attended the seminar.
