"The US can take its time deciding whether to join the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB),said Jin Liqun, president of the China-initiated bank on Friday.

'The decision is up to the US. China is patient and there's no rush before the US gives it a clearthought,' Jin Liqun made the comment at the Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference.

The US and Japan have not joined the AIIB, despite the fact that the Beijing based multilateralbank has already won over a majority of the G20 members and all BRICS countries."
