SEOUL/TOKYO (AFP, REUTERS) - South Korea on Wednesday (Nov 21) announced the formal shutdown of a controversial Japanese-funded foundation created to help former wartime sex slaves, prompting Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe to say that Seoul's action risked damaging ties.
