Donald Tusk: ‘Special place in hell’ for those who backed Brexit with no plan

European Council President Donald Tusk Wednesday said there is a "special place in hell" for the people who pushed Brexit without a plan.
Tusk was speaking after talks in Brussels with Irish Prime Minister Leo Varadkar.
He also tweeted out the remark: "I've been wondering what that special place in hell looks like, for those who promoted #Brexit, without even a sketch of a plan how to carry it out safely."
