Chinese experts and netizens called on the WHO to launch probe mission on the origins of virus in wider scale across the world, especially those with evidence of coronavirus found earlier than the outbreak in Wuhan, after the WHO said all hypotheses on the origins of the COVID-19 pandemic remained open following the visit to Wuhan for virus source probe. 

The WHO-led mission just concluded its visit to Wuhan, where the first cases were spotted, and confirmed it was not looking further into the question of whether the virus let out from a Wuhan lab because it was considered "highly unlikely." 

Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, head of the World Health Organization, said at a briefing on Friday that the summary findings of the mission team would be released soon in next week, with the full version of the report coming in the following weeks.
