On May 27-28, 2015, NISCSS President Wu Shicun was in Singapore to attend the Experts Meeting on Managing Maritime Security in the South China Sea, which was organized by the Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue. Experts from China, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam and the Philippines conducted a deep discussion about confidence building measures and maritime crisis management in the South China Sea.
