Dr. Nong Hong participated in the "7th South China Sea International Conference: Cooperation for Regional Security and Development" on November 23-25 in Vung Tau, Vietnam, and presented a paper on "Historic Concepts vs. Other Maritime Regimes in the South China Sea". The conference is co-organized by Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam and Vietnam Lawyer's Association.
