Dr. Hong Nong was invited to attend the Conference “Maritime Governance in the 21st Century Asia: Historical Precedents, Legal Foundation, and Regional Institutions in Addressing Common Security Challenges” on September 10-11, 2014, organized by Center for Rising Power, University of Cambridge. Dr. Hong presented a paper on “State Practice of UNCLOS and Maritime Dispute Management in the South China Sea”.
