On October 6-9，Dr. Hong Nong attended the Conference of Maritime Security Challenge 2014, at the invitation of Royal Canadian Navy and Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies. She presented a paper on “State Practice of International Law and the South China Dispute Management.”
