On 11 December 2015, NISCSS President Wu Shicun attended an international symposium on managing Asian maritime conflicts in Macau at the invitation of the University of Macau, and delivered a keynote speech at the opening ceremony. President Wu talked about China’s land reclamation in the South China Sea, the arbitration unilaterally launched by the Philippines against China, the nine-dash line and COC consultation.

The symposium was organized by the University of Macau.
