On 16 December 2015, NISCSS President Wu Shicun attended the 2016 International Oil & Gas Executive Forum in Beijing, which was co-organized by the CNPC Economic and Technology Research Institute and the IHS Inc.. President Wu made a keynote speech on the role of oil & gas industry in the “One Belt and One Road' strategy".
