On 1 April 2016, NISCSS President Wu Shicun met with Mr. Cheng Chia-Jui, professor of international law from the School of Law at Soochow University at the NISCSS. The two sides exchanged views on the dynamics and development of the arbitration unilaterally initiated by the Philippines against China as well as institutional cooperation.
