Wu elaborated on the South China Sea arbitration initiated by the Philippines against China, China's stance towards the arbitration and the possible influences of the incoming final award on China-Philippines relations, China-US relations as well as the security pattern in the South China Sea and even in the entire Asia-Pacific.
