On 18 August 2016, NISCSS President Wu Shicun met with a five-member delegation led by Singaporean Ambassador to China Stanley Loh Ka Leung. The two sides exchanged views in a candid and in-depth manner on the current situation in the South China Sea, China-ASEAN relations, and the relations between China and neighboring countries.
