On 9 March 2018, President Wu Shicun met with a delegation led by Lim Chee Tong, Chairman of Malaysia Cruise Industry Association, in Haikou. Dr. Wu and Mr. Lim exchanged views on the development of cruise industry and regional tourism cooperation of the South China Sea.
