On 24 July 2018, around 40 participants of the “2018 Seminar on Sustainable Fishery Development for Sierra Leone” visited the National Institute for South China Sea Studies (NISCSS) and met with NISCSS research fellows. Views were exchanged on issues featuring the status quo of the South China Sea, as well as prospects for littoral states cooperation in various fields such as utilization and preservation of marine resources and maritime search and rescue.
