On 3 October 2019, NISCSS President Wu Shicun held a seminar on geopolitics and the South China Sea disputes at the Schulich School of Law of Dalhousie University in Halifax, Canada. More than 20 scholars, experts and PhD students from various academic background such as international law, maritime security and Arctic issues participated in this research seminar at the faculty lounge.
