On 3 December 2019, Dr. Ngeow Chow-Bing, Director of the Institute of China Studies at the University of Malaya, visited NISCSS, and met with President Wu Shicun. During the visit, Dr. Ngeow also exchanged views with NISCSS scholars on various issues including the NISCSS’ development as a think tank and the implementation and promotion of the Belt and Road Initiative in Malaysia.
