On 31 March 2015, Martin Jacques, a professor at the University of Cambridge and the author of “When China Rules the World: The End of the Western World and the Birth of a New Global Order”, visited the National Institute for South China Sea Studies (NISCSS). NISCSS President Wu Shicun met with the guest and they exchanged ideas about the South China Sea issue and other issues of common interest.
