China says it's open to communication with EU on intellectual property

Channels of communication with EU on intellectual property issues are always open, said the Chinese Ministry of Commerce on Monday.
The EU on Monday filed a complaint at the World Trade Organization (WTO) against China's judicial ruling on standard essential patent disputes.
China received a consultation request from the EU on January 20, the ministry said in an online statement, responding to media inquiry over the issue.
