"China is willing to join hands with the U.S. to improve their relationship and push it forward on the right track, Chinese President Xi Jinping said here on Friday. That all I consider to be progress.

Xi told reporters the two sides reached a consensus on the issue and stressed that Beijing is against cyber theft of any kind.

The two countries have also agreed to establish a high-level joint dialogue on cyber crime so that officials can review allegations of cyber espionage."
