"The US media have recently been reporting that China has for the first time admitted that the massive compromise of the US government database last year was done by Chinese hackers.

The conclusion was based on Chinese official news agency's report during a China-US cyber security meeting, which stated that the breach at the US Office of Personnel Management (OPM) was criminal, not a state-sponsored cyber attack."
