"Chinese Vice-President Li Yuanchao is scheduled to give a special address on the country's newest development strategies on Thursday while China's economic prospects and its relationship with United States are high on the agenda of the four-day annual meeting of World Economic Forum, which starts today in the Alpine skiing resort.

Li is leading a delegation of senior officials in charge of economic development and commerce."
