"The Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee (CPVCC) said on Saturday that highly concentrated votes are cast for the nominees of the country's top leadership, including president, prime minister and National Assembly chairperson.

The second plenary session of the 12th CPVCC closed Saturday in Vietnam's capital Hanoi. During the meeting, the Politburo of the 12th CPVCC also asked for the CPVCC's opinions before nominating candidates for other positions, which will be later considered by the National Assembly (NA), according to an official online newspaper of the CPV."
