his prospects of being elected. The scandal also delivers a heavy blow

Before
the second debate of the US presidential election began, an article on
The Economist website had already asserted that the exposed video
showing Trump insulting women during a TV program 11 years ago was
enough to ruin his political career.
Facing a political storm, Trump began with a statement, followed with apologetic videos. His wife Melania and running mate Mike Pence condemned his insulting comments. Pence even cancelled a canvassing campaign appearance, dealing a heavy blow to Trump's presidential campaign."
