Joseph A. Klein, Canada Free Press' United Nations correspondent, visited the NISCSS and held a discussion with part of the NISCSS research staff on the historical and legal evidence of China’s South China Sea claims, the arbitration initiated by the Philippines against China, and the possibilities and the ways of maritime pragmatic cooperation between China and other states.
