"The Japanese government announced Monday that Prime Minister Shinzo Abe will pay a visit to the US state of Hawaii to honor war victims in Pearl Harbor, and hold a summit with US President Barack Obama. This means that Abe will be the first Japanese prime minister in office to visit Pearl Harbor and honor war victims of the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor, making Abe's visit have historic significance.

In May this year, Obama paid a historic visit to Hiroshima. After this, people from the US and Japan raised the idea of Abe paying a return visit to Pearl Harbor. This year is the 75th anniversary of Japan's attack on Pearl Harbor, and large-scale commemorative activities will be held in Hawaii. It seems that Abe's visit to Hawaii is reasonable."
