"Two Vietnamese nationals are among the four sailors missing in a South Korean fishing boat fire accident on Tuesday morning that killed two other crew members.

The Vietnamese sailors are identified as Nguyen Van Chuc, 37, and Vo Van Huu, 22.

The Munseong 103 caught fire in waters about five nautical miles northeast of South Korea’s islets of Dokdo, called Takeshima in Japan, at about 5 a.m. local time, Yonhap News Agency quoted South Korean authorities as saying."
