"President Duterte on Monday reassured Chinese President Xi Jinping that the Philippines would seek a peaceful resolution of its territorial dispute with China in the South China Sea.

Mr. Duterte and Xi held a bilateral meeting in the Great Hall of the People after the two-day Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation here."
