"Vietnam’ and China’s youth organisations should enhance exchange activities and partnerships in personnel training, said Le Quoc Phong, First Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union’s Central Committee at a meeting with First Secretary of the China Communist Youth League’s Central Committee Qin Yizhi in Beijing on May 21.

The two sides should encourage young entrepreneurs to share experience and seek investment opportunities in each country, he said.

Affirming that the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Vietnam attaches importance to ties with China’s Communist Youth League, Phong asserted that the two sides should work together to implement agreements reached by senior leaders of the two Parties and State, while continuing underway cooperation activities."
