"British Prime Minister Theresa May's decision to call a snap election has proven worthwhile by and large even though her reputation may appear a little bit bruised.

May has successfully silenced long-standing critics from the opposition, who always maintained that the PM was not elected leader of Great Britain, just a leader of opportunity.

May has now won the general election under her own team's efforts and grass-roots review process. Former PM David Cameron gave his full support during the campaign, indicating she has always been a person with integrity who put the party and country's best interests as her priority."
