Xi Jinsong, male, Bai ethinicity. Born in October 1966. He holds a postgraduate degree and a Master of Public Administration earned through part-time study. Member of the CPC. He currently serves as Vice President and Member of the Party Leadership Group of China's National Institute for South China Sea Studies.
