Zeng Xiaoming, male, Han ethinicity. Born in May 1971. He holds a postgraduate degree and a Master of Law earned through part-time study. Member of the CPC. He currently serves as Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of China's National Institute for South China Sea Studies.
