Mr. Han Jinglei is vice president of National Institute for South China Sea Studies. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, in 1994. Since 1997, he has worked in the Overseas Chinese Affairs and foreign Affairs Department of Hainan Province, successively serving as Deputy Director of the Consular Affairs Division, Deputy Director of the Secretariat and Administration Division, Deputy Director of the International Exchange Division, and Director of the International Sisterhood Relations Division. Since 2019, he has worked in the Hainan Provincial Foreign Affairs Office of Hainan Province, serving as Director of the International Economic Cooperation Division, Director of the Foreign Affairs Management and Service Division. He joined National Institute for South China Sea Studies in 2023.
